Charlie worked as a general laborer during high school, performing any task that was in front of him. He got his start out of high school working as a subcontractor under a large commercial general contractor, whose superintendent took Charlie under his wing and not only loaned him tools for the specific tasks as needed but taught him very quickly many aspects of commercial renovation work. Charlie has completed a full renovation and profitable flip of a rundown residential property that he and his father purchased together, working late into the evening after putting in 8-10 hours on customer jobs. He brings almost a decade of experience to every job we undertake, and his commitment to top-quality work is evident in the results.
